Recipe follow Youtube:
  1. 140g syrup, oil 50g, lye water 4g - mix well
  2. sift 200g flour
  3. wrap and relax for 2 hours
  4. make, mold, spray a little bit of water
  5. 380F for 5mins, brush egg yolk
  6. lower to 325F , bake for another 15mins
  7. cool down on rack
