What makes this Thai style chicken? well it's all in the marinade: fish sauce! fish sauce! Thai fish sauce! haha, seriously, it's lots of garlic, cilantro, chili pepper (if you like it spicy), brown sugar (or palm sugar if you want to be pro), white pepper, and FISH SAUCE. I've also added some Chinese soy sauce for the color effect.
